OZ Media Engine is a social media management platform that enables users to clean, brand, and publish media content across multiple social networks including Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Bluesky, and Threads.
To use the Service, you must connect at least one social media account via OAuth. By connecting an account, you authorize OZ Media Engine to publish content on your behalf according to your instructions. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish through the Service. OZ Media Engine does not pre-screen or moderate content and is not liable for content published by users. You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions for any content you submit.
The Service provides media cleaning (watermark/overlay removal) and branding features. You acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to modify and redistribute any media you submit for processing.
The Service integrates with third-party social media platforms. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for any changes, restrictions, or actions taken by third-party platforms that may affect the Service's functionality.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OZ Media Engine and OZ Media Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ecuador, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
